Services Description

CommuniCare provides speech-language pathology services, including but not limited to speech therapy, language development, AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) services, and pediatric therapy services. Our services are provided by licensed professionals under the direction of Mariya Plyumyanskaya, M.S., CCC-SLP.

Appointments and Cancellations

Scheduling and cancellation policies:

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance
• Cancellations require at least 24 hours notice
• Repeated no-shows may result in termination of services
• Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions

Payment Terms

Payment is expected at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept various payment methods and work with many insurance providers. Please contact us for specific insurance and payment questions.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about yourself or your child
• Follow through with recommended home practice and exercises
• Communicate openly with your therapist about progress and concerns
• Treat all staff with respect and courtesy
• Pay for services in a timely manner

Limitation of Liability

CommuniCare provides professional speech therapy services with reasonable care and skill. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes as progress depends on many factors including individual participation and consistency. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
